Our local MLS has the typical free Agent website but it doesnt "stand out" in a crowd, and other agent websites Ive seen have been using the same template from agent to agent and Im not sure thats the way to go. I have friends and associates that are Realtors and Real Estate Agents that have invested up to and over a thousand dollars in just a months time and continue to spend that much every month just in hopes of getting leads. I have used (like most of you) all of the "free" web based Realtor websites ,but with a down market I am considering Paying for and activating my own website that would come up in Google and Yahoo type searches.
I would like to hear The Good, The Bad ,and The Ugly on on your current website if you have or have had one in the past. In my opinion it is like any other portion of this business. "If you beat the bushes long enough a rabbits got to run eventually".
