A Four Seasons condo project is coming to downtown Austin.  Called the Four Seasons Residences, there will be 166 units ranging in price from $400,000 to $2,000,000.  So Austin is getting yet another high-rise condo project.  There are conflicting opinions about whether or not the market can absorb all of the units coming to downtown.  I'm just going to sit back and watch.

Last year when I was there, a lot of vacancies still existed.  Is that still the case, and if so, what are they thinking?

Hi Sam,

We have the Four Seasons Residences here in Houston, Tx. I love them. It's located downtown and just an awesome condo built into the hotel. There are none available. Best thing about it is all of the hotel amenities.

I heard there is a great one in Jackson Hole.
