Hosting An Open House At Night

            Showing a house during the day shows the buyers what it looks like at that time and the surrounds are clearer. However, showing a house at night is also a very positive thing too. This works out for some buyers that have a busy schedule during the day and it also allows the buyers a chance to glimpse the house with the outdoor lighting. This is great for homes that have a fantastic view of the sunset, homes on a waterfront property or on a golf course. Hosting an open house at night wont necessarily draw in a larger crowd but will allow the families that prefer this time spot to come out and lot at the home.

When hosting an open house like this it's a good idea to remember to place snacks and drinks out. Try coffee with pastries or soda with small appetizer sandwiches.  If you do chose to serve wine make sure it's not a red wine you have to worry about incase it spills.
