On call duty

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Anderson Real Estate

In our office, whoever is on call duty and another agent calls wanting to show one of our agent's property, we write it down on that property's log sheet.  I am curious as to how things are done in everyone else's office. This process seems a little outdated to me. Any suggestions out there?

Thanks to all and happy selling!

That system seems logical. Perhaps a computer based system would be easier to manage. There are a few programs that are widely used- ACT, Prospector, etc. We don't use any of them.

Welcome to active rain!! You will learn a lot here. Everyone is so helpful. I read more than I post.

I have an online system you can use to keep up with showings and get feedback from the agent. It is free but I will have to look for the link. I had just signed up for it after another agent sent it to me when I went on my little forced vacation!

Thanks Vickie, I would definitely like to check it out. Glad your "forced vacation" is about over. I have really learned a lot on active rain, I appreciate you letting me know about it.
