Thanks for your post - you're my first comment on Active Rain, and blogging in general.

agent beta RealAgentBlogs is new blog - launched April 1^st September 1st - that will focus on real estate marketing and blogging. I'll cover news, share my views, look for trends.

I have an advertising and marketing company called Compelling Design based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia, on Canada's east coast. I started out building web sites, and as my client base grew, I moved more towards working with my clients on their overall advertising and marketing efforts.

Web sites are still a big focus of my business, but they really should be one component of an integrated marketing strategy - online and off.

Over the years I have had the opportunity with work with real estate agents, agencies, developers on various advertising and marketing projects, and I have enjoyed the work. It is a fast paced industry with savvy consumers.

Through these experiences I've learned a few things about advertising and marketing for real estate agents - and I'd like to learn more. agent beta will be the place to share those experiences.
