Fitness in Crozet - ACAC at Old Trail

ACAC is coming to Crozet... well, more specifically to Old Trail in the Crozet Area.

I wonder if they will have any "seniors" programs. My folks love the "wellness" center here!

they have a full range of programs including everything from kids to seniors...

I hope that it works out (no pun) for the area.....we have one near me.....yet I am on the local YMCA board and we are at "war"......LOL.

Sorry my golf post did not reward you with points....I have no idea why.

Everyone needs to belong to a fitness and wellness center unless they actually DO workout at home! Great localism post!

Charles, I have inspected some of the older Pre-Civil war houses here in my area. These are really neat... The last one I did was an old federalist style with a winding staircase going to the second floor...
