Reminder On Zero Down Mortgage & 40 year Amort. Deadline - Oct 15

By
Mortgage and Lending with Shaun Serafini - Mortgage Expert - All Source Mortgages

Effective October 15, 2008, federal regulations will no longer allow for insured zero-downpayment mortgages or amortizations over 35 years. This change may make it more difficult to become a homeowner.

While some lenders have already stopped offering these products, We are in business to do business. I have several lenders who will welcome applications for zero-downpayment purchases and 40 year mortgages right up to the deadline.   Don't put off being a homeowner because you don't have 5% downpayment or more. Call Shaun Serafini today to find out if you can be approved for a zero-down mortgage!

  • 100% Financing (zero downpayment) still available on approved credit!
  • 40 year amortization available (keep monthly payments low)

First time home buyers are always welcome!! It's important to fully understand what you're doing when purchasing your first home. I will take the time to meet with you and discuss all aspects of the financing and purchasing process to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible with making such a big decision.     Pre-approvals can cap an interest rate for up to 120 days while you look to find the home of your dreams. Shop without the pressure of rising interest rates! If rates go down during your pre-approval period, you still receive the lower rate!

A pre-approval can be arranged over the phone, via email or in person. The application should only take about 20 minutes. Know how much of a mortgage that you qualify for before you go shopping!     Referrals are always appreciated!! It is the highest honour that I can receive! Thank you!
