I have heard that there is grant money towards closing costs for properties on Layton Blvd. I am a first time buyer looking for a land contract I know hard to find but I see a few out there. I am wondering about the process and how fast I could get information regarding these grant
I have a sizeable downpayment but need as much help as I can get in this process
