I'm excited to announce construction has begun on 2 of the 4 Lincoln St. townhome style units. They are located in a great neighborhood in downtown Eugene. It's taken almost 2 years of planning, but they are finally moving right along! They will offer a mix of timeless design and urban simplicity.

I'm looking forward to improving this great neighborhood as they are replacing what was definitely the worst property nearby.

I will be incorporating many "green" elements and it will offer many innovative design details.
