Now there's a good question, a question for which I have no answer. I think it would be intriguing just to go listen to a foreclosure judge speak, or any judge, really, since reading and understand law is an avocation of mine.

I'm not aware of California having "foreclosure judges" though. Just exactly what do they do, I wonder. Here foreclosures are a pretty cut and dried process, not really requring a judge for anything, just the recorder at the tax assessor's office.
