As a Realtor from Burlington County New Jersey, I read many books.  I have found that the knowledge gained helps my clients in Burlington Township.  From time to time, I like to share my thoughts of books that are on my bookshelf.  I don't know any of the authors and I don't get a cut from any of my recomendations.

Billions Dollar Agent -Lessons Learned By Real Estate Agents with Career Sales over $1 Billion.  This book is based on a series of intererviews with agents who have either closed or are on their way to closing $1 billion dollars in sales.  This includes interviews with top national coaches/trainers such as Howard Brinton, Mike Ferry, Ken Goodfellow, Walter Sanford, and Floyd Wickman. 

The interviews ask a standard set of questions to each agent.  It is interesting to read the backgrounds and business models that these top earning agenst follow.  I always say "Never Recreate The Wheel".  That is why this book is a must read for those who want to be sucessful in a real estate career. 

One interesting observation is that each agent has a different take on the basics..i.e. marketing, prospecting, the internet, etc.  However, there are some themes that are consistent from agent to agent.  I say read what they all have to say and take what works for you.
