Highland Estates is located off of Highland Street in Milford Massachusetts. Highland Estates is still one of the most popular neighborhoods in Milford. The streets in this Milford neighborhood include Littlefield Road, Winterberry Lane, Tall Pines Road, and Hunter Circle.
These Milford homes were built in the mid to late 1990's by WGB Construction Inc. The homes range in size from around 2000 square feet up to around 2800 square feet. The majority of the homes built in this subdivision are around 2300-2400 square feet.
Highland Estates has remained a great destination for local home buyers for a number of reasons. 1st and foremost the homes are affordable for the size, quality, and amenities offered.
As of September 2008 most of the homes in this neighborhood would have a value between the mid 350's up to the mid 450's with most of them falling around the low 400's. 
The design of the homes remain incredibly functional. They are characterized by entertainment sized family rooms which are typically found over the garage and spacious adjoining kitchens. The homes usually have a formal living and dining room, four bedrooms, a two car garage, and 2.5 baths. Most of the lots are around 1/3 of an acre (15,000) square feet.
WGB Construction has had an excellent reputation for delivering a quality affordable home for quite some time. They have been involved with building a number of developments throughout the Metrowest area.
Highland Estates offers a decent commuting location. It is located about 5 miles from the Hopkinton town line. 495 and the Mass Pike are just up a little further up the road in Hopkinton.
