Hints: Showing: Jumbo Card/Feedback

I've combined two great ideas into one that has brought me business.  At a CRS class, the instructor spoke about a "jumbo business card". Basically, it's your regular business card blown up to 8.5 x 5.5.  I then took another idea (can' remember where I got it). This is the feedback or comment card. I print this on the back of the jumbo business card. It reads:  Thank you for allowing me to show your home today. As a courtesy to your agent, I am providing the following feedback. Kindly pass this along to your agent.  1) My client is still interested in your home  (yes) (no).  My client feels the property is priced appropriately for the market  (yes) (no).  Other comments: ______________________   I leave this at the home after a showing. It saves me the trouble of having to answer calls for feedback on the showings.

Hi David, That's an excellent idea. I don't show properties very often but it sure would be nice if Realtors left something like this when they showed my listings. Very creative and effective. I bet the Sellers will know who to call if their listing expires.

That would never fly in our market. We are not even allowed to leave a regular card let alone a GIANT card.

That sounds pretty cool. I use email and works pretty well. Easier than calling.
