Real Estate Lakes in the Mountains, Part 3 Crystal Falls

I have posted on Mountain lakes this week. In part one I included a map showing that all the lakes I would be blogging about are with in a 20 mile circle. We have some great lakes for boating and fishing in North Georgia. The following are photos of Crystal Falls. This first picture is from the marina overlooking the lake. The Lake is 411 acres and in fact is the Reservoir for Dawson County.  You can have people powered or electric motors on this lake. This Second photo is the development itself. There are mountain views form this neighborhood. As you can see by the scope of the lake the photo I have included shows one part only. This community is very unique. Homes start in the 600's and work their way up. But what is unique her is that the 18 hole golf course is already in. And for a mountain course it is walkable. Crystal Falls offers a great alternative for folks who do not want to navigate some of our mountain roads. The community is relatively flat. Also the Association fees are very low as well. So Crystal Falls offers lake, golf and easy access to the mountains as well as to some of the commercial centers in the Northern Atlanta area.
