Ok, now realistically, all the bad loans are gone and so are the mortgage lenders, realtors and so many others. We are now in a real market. And we have to get our MOJO working again. There is plenty of ways to do this but one that I found successful, besides blogging, is to get out and meet people. Put your name badge on, strike up a conversation, let people know how good this market is, to buy. Especially in California. What an opportunity. Most of us believed that our children would never know home ownership for themselves. Well, now they can. This is the window of opportunity that we have all been looking for. For ourselves, our friends, our neighbors and our children. Get people motivated to speak to your favorite lender. It will get your MOJO working again.
