Has anyone ever heard one of their clients say that? Silly question. The real question is, how many of your clients have said that, and how many times? Or should I ask, how many times today?
What I am really looking for here, in addition to the patience to smile while hearing it for the umpteenth time, is how do other agents respond when their clients say they are not going to give their house away?
