This will work just great in the SNOW in New Hampshire (lol)! I think I'll take a pass. I saw that article in our local newspaper in New Hampshire.
Boulder is avery walkable city, have you ever been there?
I guess realtor by day peddler by day and night. I think I saw that guy in Central Park offering rides for $10. That is pretty funny. It definitely would not work in my city too many miles.
LOL!!! I love it! Of course in rural Virginia we may have to do 100 miles a day to see 4 homes! But what a great exercise program!
your friend in Charlottesville!
Todd - That is too funny! I think I have a way for you to go green without even breaking a sweat. CLICK here for a totally cool idea!
What do you think?
Anyway that you get there works! The comment about riding a bike in the snow... use a snow-mobile, or how about showing waterfront properties by row or motorboat? The bike is a bit exhausting ... how can you talk and ride effectively?
I'm glad you get a chance to "sneak away" for milk!
Todd, it could be like the hunky guys in New York who do the bike cabs! They hold two people. You could get into reallly, really good shape! Your wife would love it.
Todd- I'm woth you....no thanks to the bike .....LOL :)
You mean you don't want to ride your clients around on your handle bars? That was the joke when I rode my bike to work on Earth day! Here is the blog I wrote about it. It was so much fun but there is no way I could do it every day! Check it out:

Todd, how could you possibly show a house to a family? Funny story.
I'd have to be Lance Armstrong to get to some of the properties before nightfall.
Sandra - No, I don't think it would be!
Troy - I don't know how they do it, unless they are really only showing homes in a very small part of the city.
Joan - You don't own a snow bike?
Jane - I have never been there, it must be if they are doing this!
David - Hey, maybe have the clients pay per mile on the bike like a Taxi and then they get that discounted from the commission when they buy.
Charles - Yeah, that wouldn't work for me! I've done 150 miles on a bike in two days and that almost killed me and I was in shape then.
Mark - I'm not doing it! You and your greeny friends can try it - lol
Mott - The snow mobile or boat wouldn't be green! I can't even imagine getting on a bike to meet clients.
Patricia - I hear you are trying to get in to shape yourself are you volunteering to try it first?
Kathy - Exactly, not going to happen.
Cristal - Oh, please don't tell me you actually did that! On my way to your blog now, but I hope you didn't put someone on the handle bars.
Fred - Extra long bike?
Chuck - I agree and even then I don't think it would be possible in most places.
I noticed the word option on the pedal to property site. I bet the option taken is more often NO, I prefer you drive.
I agree, I won't do it either. I want four wheels under me!
