Glad to see you all here! When I joined KW 2 years ago I knew little about the web and left it to hiring out. All that has changed and I've evolved into our MC expert. Still learning but I try to share as much as I can as I believe many KW agents are not taking advantage of the technology KW has to offer.
Jack Miller came up to our region from headquarters about 2 weeks ago and taught the new tech course. Really recomend it! I was one of the lucky ones who already knew most of it but I did pick up a couple of things, implemented them and my hits are taking off.
Here are some key points:
Make sure you have a visible, EASY call to action on your front page. Put this above everything and make it a hyper link to your search page.
With the new Wolfnet (I've had for a year, it's great) your clients can get auto email notifications of new listings. Create a focus box to advertise this and again, make it a hyperlink to your search page. I added a moving graphic to highlight this simply by searching on the internet for animations, copied and pasted.
Don't forget your sellers. Again, a call to action that is a hyperlink to your contact form.
One last personal tip that I find amazing. Everyone that comes to your open houses should be signing in. Encourage Email addresses. Then write them to thank them for attending after you have gone on to your search page and pretended you were them to create an account for them. Save the search and favorite some homes for them then send them their log on and password. Every person I have done this for continues to come back day after day! They are thrilled!
That's all for now. Hope this finds you all enjoying a Spring market!
