That is great information. It's interesting to look at the discrepencies between the median and average asking prices vs the median and average sold prices. It would seem to indicate that the lower priced homes are moving much faster than those in higher brackets. Perhaps a result of higher priced homes being more likely to be purchased by out of state buyers who have to sell their current properties.
Regardless, I think it will be a while before we see a strong upswing in the current trend. Great news for buyers, not so much for sellers.
