Cameron- I like how you make this sound like Mission Impossible. Your mission, should you decide to accept it! This tape will self-destruct in 3 seconds! Scary stuff! Not for the faint of heart!

It's more of a property management scenario than a listing, but you do get a steady supply!
So, how often do you make it to a house and it is occupied.
LORI, Glad you enjoy the scenario and the tape won't self destruct but sometimes I feel the agent will.
RICHARD, Your right it is property managment and a listing at the same time. As for the supply they are running at a steady pace just the way I like.
JL, For the last two months it has been running 65% of the time someone is living in the property. Right now I have 5 Cash For Keys and 4 evictions in progress.
Cameron: While the door knocking sounds uncomfortable, it's not a deal breaker. This utilty bill deal might be.....

You are correct....it is not easy & it is not for everyone
CHRIS ANN, I know your a pretty tough lady so knocking on a door wouldn't be a problem but it is for many agents.
