Middlesex County hd a wild sale yesterday. We had a bidder show up with a personal check....a no no. We also had a visit from the Sheriff himself. It was great to see him. Several of the properties sold back to the bank for $100. It looks like the dropout amount from the lenders is starting to be less than the default amount. There is plenty of opportunity to get great value.
