Thanks Liz. The owner is sensitive and afraid the tenant may leave if the tenant gets to know the property is for sale. Hence, he does not wish to have the property listed on MLS or "advertised to the public". So, I have to be "vague", but able to provide the general location of the property.

I am sufficiently busy the past weeks working with some first time buyers looking at entry level homes in Richmond. New condo prices are holding for now in Richmond. Most older homes are adjusting their selling prices, and average prices are now 5% to 10% lower than in the beginning of this year.
