Occasionally I have the opportunity to show Clients some properties in downtown San Diego. One of my favorite properties in the downtown area is The Grande. It has twin towers, and in honor and memory of the heroes of 9/11 and the Twin Towers of New York City, I offer some views from our meager substitute.
What I most like about The Grande is that they are located right on Harbor Boulevard, so they have a view of San Diego Bay, the Coronado Bridge and Coronado Island, the San Diego International Airport, the Cruise Ship Terminal, and the historic Santa Fe Railroad Depot on the east side.

Figure 3. America Plaza at left, also known as "the screwdriver building,"
San Diego's tallest building by seven feet. At the bottom left is the historic
Santa Fe Railroad Depot, still in use by Amtrak, San Diego Trolley, and the
Coaster. In the distance at the center right are the two Hyatt towers.

Figure 5. Cruise ship terminal with one in port. After being
cruise ship-less for almost a decade due to some weird
government regulations, one can often now find up to
four ships in port at any one time. Across the bay is the
Coronado Island Naval Station. View from the 15th floor.
Figure 6. Amtrak and San Diego Trolley at the historic
Santa Fe Railroad Depot. From here one can catch the Trolley
to the border at Tijuana and two different routes to East
San Diego County, as well as Old Town San Diego State Park
California's most visited state park. View from the 15th floor.
