David- They really did it all huh? I posed a home on youtube a few months back and it DOES show up on the search engines pretty high.

Wow!! I need to get busy, huh?

David - I post a blog on each of our listings also...here on ActiveRain anyway. Mine are not nearly as nice, but I do get calls and leads from mine.

I think posting blogs of each listing is a great thing. Blogs are a great way to imbed YouTube Video as well. And the nice thing is: Your listings do tend to show up high in the search engines as well. A win/win.

I always blog each of my listings. I prefer to use Postlets since they go into syndication too. And ironically, I currently have 4 listings that came from blogging. Local people are obviously reading my blogs, then calling me to list their houses. They call me because they feel like they already know me =)

David: As far as I can see... that is not a blog, but a separate website just for that listing. I have seen that before. The listing agent can just post the URL... the website address for that listing, and up it pops. To use that as a template, and then produce different websites for each of their listings is not all that uncommon. But... it is not a blog. You cannot make comments on it... as far as I can see.

Pretty neat. I also blog all of my listings. I use postlets and my own designs as well.

I blog for buyers and sellers and now am so busy that I started a team.

David, this is a great idea. Good way to get some "Google Juice" for your listings.
