Being " Value Added "

By
Title Insurance with Stewart Title of California

Good Morning everyone, The term being value added has now been used so much that it is time to find the next term. But Value added does mean a lot when you are trying to present everything you have to a potential client. The tools that you have to sell a home are extremely important but so is the value of letting that client see that you are ready to build a relationship with them. One person caring about another represents life's greatest value. Let your client see that you are going to be with them every step of the way. If you care at all, you will get some results. If you care enough, you will get incredible results. I hope that you have a great day today and build your client base.

Remember to write in Consumer's Title and Thanks for your support!

Over 2,000 homes sold…..

We have been in an industry that is turning into a consumer industry.  They all want to know WIIFM....what is in it for me.  Turn your entire process around from look what I can do, to this is what we are doing and this is why it will help you.

When you make a comment about what you do, always think in your mind that the buyer or seller is saying "so what".  Thus, state the benefit....or they will go with their cousin Joe who sold one home last year.

So true, so true.  The best value any one of us can give our clients is building a personal relationship with them.  With so much technology available to us today the personal connections have been lost through e-mail and texting.  At the end of the day people still want face to face personal communication...that's value!
