Finally after a long week of cleaning up and awaiting Ike it appears that we may move forward with life. My internet connection is 100%. Hurricane Gustav sure made a mess in Southeast Louisiana. Two weeks of unexpected down time. My pool alone took about 4 hours to get all the leaves out. Only to have Hurricane Ike blow a new batch of leaves back in. Last night the wind was rough.
The lines of Ike also cause our second practice of Soccer to be cancelled. I am ready for a break from the weather. It does feel good to getting back to normal, whatever that is. Our first closing in two weeks is schedule for next Wednesday. Hopefully no more weather related issues to hold it up.
