There is access to the house from the one-car under garage.  Additionally there are 2 out buildings and a large garage which would fit 5 cars.  This could be a great place to tinker on cars, or start a model train village, or do some woodworking, or whatever suits your fancy and creativity.

The schools in Holliston are wonderful. I know that by first hand knowledge.  All three of my grandchildren are in the school system.  My grandson is now in the 4th grade and it has been a great experience for him.  My granddaughter is in the 2nd grade and has been in French Immersion and my youngest grandson who is now in kindergarten is also in French Immersion.  To my knowledge Holliston, MA is the only school system that offers this program. 

There is so much to love about this town.  I have come to know Holliston in the last 10 years since my son and family moved there and I love the town.  I love the sense of community and how involved the parents are with their children.  I love going to Lake Winthrop at Stoddard Park and just taking in the scenery. I just sit and look at the lake and enjoy it so much.  I love the shops in town.  I am a frequent shopper at the Fiske Store, Holliston Superette, and The Grapevine.  I have to mention the Outpost Farm.  Now that is an amazing place.  Everything they have is great.

Who wouldn't want to live here and 153 Underwood Street is not far from any of the spots.  So if you want to live in Holliston and live on absolutely beautiful tree-lined country road then 153 Underwood Street, Holliston, MA is where you want to be.
