I was driving back from Hammond to Slidell Louisiana this morning.  I noticed a large quantity of storm related assets moving West towards Texas.  I had no doubt as to where this equipment was headed.  I saw numerous generators, ambulances and electrical workers headed that way.  I saw several 18-wheelers carrying transformers.  No country can out produce us whenour capitalism markets come into action.  I must FEMA and private corporations for moving these products in advance.  This is one of the few times I believe the government has a place in our lives.  I believe the constitution applies in this case to help it's citizens get back on their feet and protect life and limb.
