Amanda, 154 Lexington Court, Haslet, TX is a very nice looking home. You don't often see 1 acre lots on a cul-de-sac I'm sure this home will be sold in no time.
Gary, the house is perfect for someone who is looking to downsize but doesn't want their neighbors on top of them as is the case with most subdivisions. With room for a pool, garden and RV workshop, it's a stellar deal! BIG BONUS! Any seller owned mineral rights will convey with this one!

Debbie, I don't think it will last long either. I think our buyer is someone who is into the outdoor lifestyle and little to no maintenance as it relates to indoor housekeeping.

Mandy, great affordable starter home for someone lucky. Haslet is a great area too and the Northwest ISD is a good one.
