Blogging Profiles that are sure to bring a laugh.....:)

I wrote a Post the other day and told you that I had been laughing for over 1/2 an hour, which is true. And although this is long, it is a quick, no brain-er...(I hope), and sure to bring a laugh :) Think of how many times do we set-up Profiles for various Social Networking or Blogging sites? Name, e-mail, occupation, you know the normal stuff......normal for most of us that is. What would you do if you had Fields and choices on your Profile like these.....And people say only in America.....LOL :)

While I was setting up a new Blog , I was filling out the normal things. But then to my utter surprise these fields were on the Profile, with these choices....LOL:) Oh yes I remember making a CV (a European version of a Resume) and they asked many questions that here in America are against the law. So when I saw these I laughed first and thought When in Rome do as the Romans Do.......

So, here are a few of the fields for my new European Blog. I am not so sure how to answer some of them....but boy could I have fun.......

Then if that wasn't funny enough we have these :) This one I am shaking my head at....me and my plump self ....LOL :) Heck I even laugh thinking of these.........

Oh my gosh! But, you didn't reveal your answers......? LOL! The one that really got my attention was "calves/genitials" -- how that can be a "slash"?

Cynthia.....I haven't finished my Profile yet.....so what are YOUR answers LOL :) That is the longest Profile I have seen....I just gave you a few of the fields....:) Now don't make me have to think......hmmm a slash.....LOL :)

Kathy, You certainly can't say they didn't cover ALL THE BASES!! I doubt I could fill that out, it would take too much time with time out for laughing in between...Good Luck on that one (are you SURE you want to be on European sites :)?

Hi Carole- Yes, I love seeing what other people in the rest of the world do :) But I must admit I wasn't prepared for the Profile LOL ......I think I am with you on this as I have been laughing for days :)

Hi Kathy, Talk about Meme's, with this kind of a profile, there would little need.But are you sure this was a blog and not a companion/romance site by mistake,LOL.

Liz- You mean I have to actually answer everything......... LOL :) I'm still stuck on Nationality .......

I guess my only question, is this a serious site? It is pretty off the wall. I realize they are trying to let others get to 'know' you, but with some of those, it is a bit crazy! Of course you can pick on the 'really/homophobic straight', 'just a little gay', 'really gay', but then the 'big boned' YEA RIGHT, and the 'couch potatoe' (too funny!), only pot (beware big brother watching THAT one!!), and HOW do calves go with genitals??

Hey Ron- Yes it's a real, serious site. I am always amazed at what is acceptable in other countries.....although I think that this particular site was made by someone that is/was trying too hard to be "cool". Just a guess. For me thoughI know for a fact that certain people I know over there are blogging, and want to know more about America. So, I'll figure something out with the Profile....and keep my International Presence. I have about 5 .eu domains also :)

And where are you setting up this new blog? Can you imagine getting away with that in the USA, heck some brokers have their pannys in a wod over blogging in general. Where is your URL, I'd like to take a look when you set it up.

Kathy, that's hilarious. Quite a profile you need to set up there! I had to look up the word 'cicatrice' -- it means scar. I guess some people may be quite proud of their scars.

Oh how funny Kathy. I can only imagine filling that profile out for real! Good grief!

Okay then...

Normal/Heterosexual (even in the presence of a handsome and well built lad in a tank top)

Athletic (I still look rather decent when I hop out of the shower)

Regularly (Don't be surprised to find me doing push-ups between the pizza and beer diet I have going on)

Daily... and pot every once in a blue moon. (Eventually, I need to quit. Smoking has no redeeming value other than it tends to disguise a fart's stench)

Legs... (I'm a leg-man, I think that is where that question was going. That's the other reason I'm a heterosexual chap, men have lousy legs. Well, with the exception of AC Slater from 'Saved By The Bell')

I had to come back and answer like lil bro lol!

Missy- Isn't that the truth....one of our AR Members is a newer Broker and was micro managing one of the Agents Blogs (also an AR member)...unbelievable considering they're both members here and still got that type of behavior. As to the link.....first I have to finish setting it up :)

Gary- I was amazed how "prudish" we are on some things compared to some other countries.....so yes we laugh, and I am sure these questions were meant to be funny, at least I think so :)

Darn...was I giving out too much info? Besides, profiles online you gotta wonder about....I've seen some that claim they're to die for and their pic says differently ...never know if the answers given are true right?

That was pretty funny....I don't think I'd join those...sounds like a match.com site or something.

Hey Sally- Yes, so many online Profiles are embellished, downright fake, or doesn't give you what you need to make an informed decision. Way too easy to have a separate online persona from the real life one.

hi Kathy, reading thru the list of choices "lesbian at parties" was one I've never heard of. I guess I'm not up on things, gotta get away from the tech stuff and see what's going on in the world. ;-) Have a great weekend!

marti-Hey wait a minute you had a couple hours off last week LOL :) Heck they didn't have these labels at the parties I went to.......maybe I should go with you and see what's up in the rest of the world LOL :) You too have a good weekend.....I am off to try to shoot my very first video.
