Just wondering if anyone reading this, would visit my new website, www.jeffreyjoseph.com, and comment on it for me?  I am new at websites, and am not sure if what I have putting on it, is the right thing.  Would you tell me how to improve it please?

Hi there,

I've spent an ungodly amount of time researching websites and more time than I care to remember setting up my own. So, here are my comments:

Wow, lots of information. Maybe too much, especially on the main page.

Statistics are boring. Put it as a link in the left column with all the other links

People go to websites to search for homes. Move the Property Search up, just under those pictures of the home, where you have the Statistics link. Also, the Search for Property link, on the left side is too far down in the list. I would move it just under the Welcome link or make it the top link.

Like the layout. Love the green color.

One way to get your website higher up in the search engines is to have other websites with links to your. You should add a link called Reciprocal Links. People can clink on the link. It will take them to a page where they can enter their website information, to be placed on your website, along with a link on your site back to theirs. The more sites that are pointing to your site, the higher up in the search engines you'll go. Go to my website at www.SCrafa.com. Click on any link. On the next page, Clink on Reciprocal Links. You will then see how it is set up on my site.

One last thing: I hope you are able to track how many times someone clicks on one of the links that you have along the left side of your home page. If you do, and you find that people are not using those links, get rid of them. Too much information and too many options can turn people off and they will go some place else.

Hope this helps.
