Chattanooga, Tennessee is an awesome place for buyers and sellers! As a Realtor who sells in Chattanooga, TN and NW Georgia, I'd like to spread the word about what a wonderful area we have.

Chattanooga was recognized as a "Great Place to Walk and Bike by the Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals (APBP). I can only guess that it is our wonderful downtown and greenways that caused us to be recognized in this manner.

The CBS News Early Show saluted Chattanooga as an "Eco-Friendly Destination". During the story, our city was recognized as one of the best environmentally friendly places to vacation.

Chattanooga is a great place. I visit there on occasion. I am in the Cookeville/Crossville are and must say that Tennessee is just a great place to live!!!
