In your experience are banks getting slower or faster when responding to short sales? I just listed my first short sale, an IndyMac Bank loan, and it sounds like it will be at least three months after submitting an offer before i hear anything at all. Could this be?

Ronnie - welcome to the world of short sales. 3 months is probably average for half of these types of transactions. Short sales are not for the faint of heart buyer or agent
