My wonderful wife of 21 years and great Hawaii Real Estate agent, has joined RE/MAX Honolulu in Kapolei, Hawaii while I remain at Tropic Lightning Real Estatein Aiea, HI at least for the foreseeable future.

Tonya Kucic will continue to specialize in BUYERS REPRESENTATION and VA HOME LOAN PURCHASES for our Hawaii military families that are moving to the island of Oahu.  Whether you are stationed at Schofield Barracks, Wheeler Army Airfield, Hickam AFB, Pearl Harbor, Marine Corps Base Kaneohe, Tripler Army Medical Center, Camp H.M. Smith, you can be assured that your are truly in the hands of a Hawaii Military Relocation Specialist who has "been there, done that and has the t-shirts to prove it."

Why the move?  As a military dependent (her dad was a career Soldier for 22 years) and then as my spouse for the rest of my military career, Tonya is very accustomed to moving.

With each move that she made throughout her life, it always brought the potential for newer, bigger and better things along with unique and tough challenges.

Time to move on.  Best wishes at RE/MAX Honolulu Tonya!

Good Morning 1SGT. I hope the best for the both of you. That will be different having your wife on a different team. Some times changes work for the better. Just like a new duty station.

HI Frank....it will be just like being at two different duty stations as you pointed out.  We have been through more difficult situations during our military career and besides this one was our own choice to do.  Aloha!

Congrats to you and Tonya.  As long as you are helping our Soldiers there, it won't matter what office you work out of.  You're blessed regardless.

Good luck Tonya.  I work for Re/Max here in Ventura and feel so blessed to work for such a great company!  I am from Hawaii and miss home terribly!  Next time you eat a bento think of me.  Oh and I miss the shave ice from Ice Garden in Aiea, they are the BEST!

I will let Tonya know Jay.  Thanks for stopping by.  It is definitely a challenge working for 2 different companies but we have worked much more difficult situations before.

A big HOWDY from Texas, Please give my best to Tanya. Change is a good thing when embraced for the right reasons. The two of you compliment one another well whether working side by side or in different places. Take care and keep in touch.

Aloha Yvette-The move made a lot of sense for her.  She is the type of person/agent that will do well anywhere she goes.  Have a great day and best wishes to you at your RE/MAX office too.
