I hate to warn you but you broke a cardinal rule of life, never NEVER discuss Christmas until after Thanksgiving.

Thank you both for your comments!  I have to say, in defense of the timeliness of my article, that Real Estate Professionals are famous for procrastination (and who really isn't?).  If I didn't start reminding my clients about the up-coming holiday season as soon as the kids went back to school in the fall, we would never have everything organized and ready on time.  We don't typically get active in the least bit until October and then we start planning.  With all the holiday events and committments that actually take place during the holiday season itself, getting ready before the season even hits makes all the sense in the world for my clients, as well as all the difference in the world as to how their holiday intentions are fulfilled.  I wish I could remember that phrase about good intentions, but I can't.  The meaning is that you can have all the good intentions in the world and not get anything done...you have to go out and actively market and make your holiday intentions become a reality.  Thanks again for your comments!!!

Wow! I guess it is never too early too talk about Christmas I guess. I am definitely going to go and check it out. I need to start planning for 2009-Its never too early to do that-LOL. Great post.

Lanre, it's definitely time to start planning for 2009.  Lists are your friend!  There's so much to do and so much that people would like to accomplish that it can be overwhelming...it's best to take it easy and just move forward in baby steps.
