WehoNews.com is West Hollywood's only "online weekly newspaper" - which is written, photographed and edited by West Hollywood residents and neighbors.
It is is about all things West Hollywood and is a community news and information resource for the residents and businesses in West Hollywood - covering news, events, special features, profiles, entertainment & dining, as well as the arts.
The "weekly newspaper" covers a variety of relevant subjects, including civic announcements, activities, a shopping and service directory, and an advertising resource for the local business community.
WehoNews.com was founded by Ryan Gierach (editor in chief) three years ago and has a readership of over 8000 per week. According the WehoNews.com's media kit, "West Hollywood boasts one of the best educated and most prosperouscities in the country. The latest census shows us that over 22% of the populace earn over $75,000 per year and one third (33%) make between $35,000 and $75,000 annually. Over 60% have either some college or at least one degree. One in six people (16%) have graduate education to their credit. The residents are a more mature, adult crowd than most cities, with 52% of the population age 25-44, 25% between 45 and 64 and 18% older than 64. Only 7%, or one in twelve people, are age 24 and under."
I am proud to annopunce that I will now be a regular contributor to this community newspaper and will provide monthly real estate reports and comments on what's happening in the City.
