as low as $500 per transaction? How about as HIGH AS??? How is it 100% if you take $1000 or more in "transaction fees?"

100% commission works because agents can truly negotiate their commission. If you have to split your commission with your broker, your broker will have a say in how much you must get in commission.
Michael, not $1000, but $500 plus $105 e & o insurance. Even if it is $1000, it will be a lot less than your custom split models.
My philosophy is: our agents are the talents, they are the bosses. I just service them and help them if they have problems or questions.
