Home Sales in The Hearth Highlands Ranch CO - Monthly Report Aug 08

In August 8 homes sold in The Hearth in Highlands Ranch and 21 homes are under contract at this time. Three of the eight homes sold are new construction Shea Homes in the Hearth.
Below are the stats for number of homes sold within the last year in the Hearth.

Currently there are 54 homes for sale in the Hearth in Highlands Ranch Colorado. There are a total of 12 new homes from the builders available. Six of the new homes are built by Shea Homes and six are Berkeley Homes. Berkeley has finished building in the Hearth and is now selling their models homes. Three of the six Berkeley Homes available are Model Homes.
