And lastly, remember that ALL real estate is local. What you hear nationally, just isn't pertinent to a local market. Repeatedly, I have folks who come to me with the idea that they can totally "steal" a property. This may be true in some very affected areas in California and Nevada but it simply does not hold true for the beautiful resort community of Hilton Head. Don't get me wrong---there are excellent pricing opportunities out there--we just have to hunt them down for you.

Hi Diane, I think you said what we need to need to know. Your market like our market is a "Buyer Market". Isn't it amazing that most Buyer's don't know what that means. When it becomes a Seller's market is when they want to deal, Odd isn't it.
