Disabled people make up 18% of the population in the nation and if you haven't looked the proposed new rules for the disabled you may want to to see how it may affect your business.  For instance, if you were building a miniature golf course in Virginia Beach you would have to have 50% of the holes accessible to the disabled.  It looks like businessess would also have to remove "readily achievable" barriers.  Barriers that don't cost a lot and can be easily removed.  The rules will go into effect some time next year and are in the public comment phase now.
