I think that many of us love to use candles. I know I do. However I just want to gave a word of warning. The other day one of my friends had a candle lit but it wasn't in a jar. She went out on her porch and talked with a couple of neighbors but decided to go back in the house to make a phone call. Fortunately she went back in when she did. In her words, the candle "exploded" and the magazines next to the candle on the table were on fire AND the magazines on the floor beside the table were on fire as well. Luckily the carpet didn't catch on fire and she was able to put out the fire before it spead any further.
I haven't told me husband who is always warning of fire but I'll sure be more careful at my house. What about you?
