The buyers agent wants to continue the closing and have us sign a letter saying we will continue to mitigate until, the levels go to epa recomended 4.0. Is this legal she will not do an extension due to the clients terms of getting a loan!

My clients want me to write an attendum saying they will pay for up to 3 more holes to be drilled and not be liable if the numbers do not come down after closing,

My clients signed on the repairs form they would mitigate!

how or what do i do to protect my clients incase they go through with the closing and the radon levels never go down, can we be sued?
