Listing Your Home With Agent or Company With Little or NO
Internet Strategy:
Let’s
face it, the only reason that you’re reading this report
is because you seen it on-line. Well,
most buyers are just like you – they start their home
searches over the
Internet months before they decide to do anything.
In
fact, according to a survey RE/MAX Ontario
Atlantic did, a
jaw-dropping 85% of all home
buyers start their search on-line.
So,
it’s not exactly a big secret that you’ve got to
have
TRAFFIC! TRAFFIC! TRAFFIC! to your home in order to sell it.
Holey
smoke! It’s all a numbers game.
And if you neglect to post your home on
specific sites or go with an agent who disregards an Internet strategy,
you
WILL miss out on thousands of potential buyers knowing about your house.
In
essence, without proper exposure, you’ll get fewer showings
and you’ll be forced to settle for a much lower price.
10.
Too Slow To Make Crucial Adjustments:
Homeowners
that sell their homes for ‘more’ than fair market
value typically sell within 45 days.
Fact
is, the longer your home is on the market, the less it’ll
sell for.
So,
being able to adjust to the market and make a simple fix
here and there will boost your chances of a quicker sale.
The
absolute surest way to make these adjustments is through
feedback – both from real estate agents and from the market.
Unfortunately,
homeowners do not get feedback from most
agents. In fact,
through a recent study,
72% of all homeowners that used an agent to sell their home said that
they
weren’t happy due to “Poor Communication”.
This
is how most home owners get bent over backwards and for
these reasons, this lack of feedback results in prolonged listings as
well as
dissatisfaction towards Realtors.

Listing With Agents That Operate A “Sales
Prevention”
Program!
I’m
sure you’ll agree, getting information on homes from
Realtors is a lot of hassle.
Either
you’re chasing down an agent or the bulldog’s
hounding
you. Many agents
intentionally leave out
critical information on listings just to get you to call them.
So,
often when buyers phone for the information, they either
get the run around or an unwanted sales pitch.
As a result, this pisses off buyers when calling on your
home and can often
have them by-pass your house altogether.
