I'm confused.
I just commented on your other post which said that the builder provides an "option" to add a game room over the garage.
Your listing here says there is an "upstairs game room." But then further down in your description, you have this: "Upstairs, you will find the bonus room over the garage, which is perfect for a play area or media room." I think that's terribly misleading since there can be a significant difference between an "upstairs game room" and a "bonus room over the garage."
If the "game room/bonus room" is accessible from the interior living area, then I think you have a 2-story home. If the "game room/bonus room" is only accessible from the garage, then I think you have a 1-story home with a "game room/bonus room" over the garage.
So where are those stairs located? In the living area or in the garage?
