By
Real Estate Agent with Saddleback Valley Real Estate and Mortgage

Hi All,

I'm looking to expand my client base and have looked into a couple of Asset Manager contact list to purchase. Has anyone purchased the "Agent 411" database and if so, how do you like it?

Thanks,

Pete Mitchell

I have not but I have heard that overall you can get much similar information going through google. Many Asset Managers are swamped as well and they cnanot return emails, I would look to sign up with REO and BPO companies, since, that is where many listings are presently going.

Purchasing a REO list is not the best way to go in mu opinion, do teh BPO's build relationships and teh buisness will come

Thanks for the post Pete,

I think most of the pay lists are a waste of time, but I'm not familiar w/ it so you never know
