To show the depth of ones soul.

How deep can you go

In creating a scene of memory

And snapped on a moments notice.

With the wind storms we have experienced this past weekend, this poem is particularly powerful to me. A friend of mine had a tree fall on her house - simply from the force of the wind.  (Can I just say that "strong wind advisory" really didn't do justice to the weather situation we experienced.)  In a moment's notice, the tree just snapped and fell over.  And life as they knew it simply changed.  It's amazing just how much can change in a moment's notice, isn't it?
