It's funny that two years ago no one could have ever convinced me that I would ever acquire a taste for red wine.  I enjoyed a glass of white wine or desert wine maybe four times a year but no red. 

I have found recently that one glass of red wine in the evening after a stressful day,  helps me get to sleep.   I have found some very good red wines priced well for those of us trying to survive this real estate market.

Evening Linda,  And your doctor will tell you that the red wines are much better for you than others.  I had a heart problem and one of the things my doc suggested is a glass of red each day.

This brings to mind a way back when for me..  my daughter was an avid horse show gal, so I was a horseshow mom... one of our favorite other horse show moms was named Kay and she always had a glass of red wine in her hand.  Once she was asked, "Kay, how can you stand all these horseshows with all that wine"? Kay replied, "How can you stand all these horseshows without it"? :)

I am enjoying a day on the Island as it is usually quiet and warm, approx. 90 degrees outside. Walking down the beach though is quiet the opposite with the wind blowing off the water.
