It's one of the unfortunate stories of paying top dollar during the height of the market in Brevard County FL. Wow it's not an easy thing for alot of seller to pony up and do what it takes to get a deal done. You are the Titusville-Brevard County Florida Real Estate Expert. Keep on selling those homes and the sellers will continue to flock to Gail MacMillan the Florida Real Estate Expert.

Don & Greg~ sadly my buyers elected not to close on this purchase for a variety of reasons, not the least of which was health. But thanks so much for your enthusiasm and support, I must move on from here. I did write up a short-sale contract today - we'll see, they are always iffy.
