In Jackson Michigan the economy is getting tighter all the time. People I meet ask me what I do and when I tell them I'm a Realtor, they generally say they feel sorry for me because it's a tough career these days. In all fairness, I don't care what you do, it's tough these days and its going to get worse. The days of pricing a house and waiting for the market to catch up are gone, so, if you don't have a house priced for a quick sale, it just ain't going to happen without the owner taking a loss. "Time is money now days more than ever".
I listed a property last month for $135,000.00 (that was purchased for $215,000.00 in 2005) The bank was questioning the "BPO" that another Broker had given them so I told them to get an appraisal. Well they got it back earlier this month and it came in at $115,000.00. The owners still owe $179,000.00 and the husband has had to move to Montana to find work. The bank told me they can short sale it, but cannot forgive any of the negative balance, same thing with the foreclosure only it will take more time and with the market falling like it is, they stand to lose even more. Talk about a Lose/Lose situation.
This is why I got into a home based business.
- It doesn't interfere with being a Realtor. In fact, it allows me to help people that I meet every day.
- I own what I do. I can work when I want, and make as much as I want. The best thing is I get my life back.
- As the economy falters, more and more people are in need of what I have to share with them. I become successful by helping others (you) become successful. I have help available to me, free of charge 24 hours a day by people who are making thousands of dollars per month. Some of them are making Hundreds of thousands of dollars per month after working (yes I did say work) this system for less than 5 years. All of this help is FREE!
Check out the man to the right of me in my picture. Less than 2 months in the business, (made $7,500.00 his first month) and just "Blowing it up" He works for Re/Max, (I believe he's the #2 agent in Michigan for that company) and he's my friend. If Mr. "six to seven figure" income maker sees value in a "Home Based Business" shouldn't you take 20 to 30 minutes and see if this makes sense to you as well?
