Neal big difference between this townhouse and the house that you posted about a couple of days ago. Something tells me that this one might just be a little easier to sell :) :)

It is very intersting to see how they screened in the back porch on this place...I have never seen it done that way!

The place is really in excellent condition so I'm confident it will rent quickly and the price is a good deal...I was renting units in 2 BR models for 1400-1500.
